Grand Teton National Park is seeking public comment on its environmental assessment of a plan to replace the wastewater system at Moose and to upgrade other deficiencies in the community's water systems. The community has a handful of permanent residents and also hosts the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center and the National Park Service headquarters for Grand Teton, as well as some concessioners and cabins.
